Great news! To celebrate our 20th festival, we've put together a brand-new 20th Annual PurpleHull Pea Festival cookbook, aptly named "20 Pea Pickin' Years."

Full of all-new recipes from some of the finest cooks in Emerson and the surrounding area, the cookbook, edited by Emerson resident Sarah Shepherd, is one no kitchen should be without.
